I think your understanding is correct, but there might be a misunderstanding when I say penetration.
Penetration by percentage is the percentage of cards that a player will see. So, deep penetration is seeing 85% of the cards and shallow penetration is seeing 50% of the cards. Its a must that you play the deepest penetration games available. (6deck – 85% if possible)
The deeper the penetration the more accurate the count, thus the more accurate the player advantage.
your last paragraph, questioned my understanding
if penetration is bigger the exact count suffer because there are more cards behind the cut , cards which will not be dealt . please explain your reason, thanks so much
@foreshadow20 as for all of the count variations I use, there are several so I might post them on Facebook. Be advised the count variations apply specifically for the number of decks and the count system I am using.
It sounds like you play a multi-deck game which gives the feeling of always playing in negative counts.
Penetration is the key to success in blackjack. Its a must to play the deepest penetration games as possible to help maximize your win rate.
Whats your count variations?
Using that software with a basic Hi-Lo (2@6+1, 10@A-1) I always end up far in the negative and always end the game at negative because of the penetration.
