The US Embassy in Ljubljana includes the Office of Defense Cooperation. This office helps the Slovene military with training and equipment to improve their performance and effectiveness in a wide variety of missions. Working with American trainers, Slovene Special Forces, Military Police, and police Special Weapons and Tactics Units train to take out terrorists or criminals in close quarters. In this video, two diplomats, Acting Deputy Chief of Mission and Grace Shelton and Assistant Public Affairs Officer Hunter Chen act as hostages (wearing the yellow tape).
