Happy new year everyone . I love my inversion table also . It really clears up my lymphatic system when I get allergies . 10 minutes upside down really changes your perspective LOL . My New Years resolution is to be an asshole less often . Sometimes we can get so into preaching health and nutrition we come off like jerks or know it alls .
