    Some lady told me that she uses day old donuts as the bread and it comes out delicious! If anyone has used this recipe, tell me how well it is.

    i have tried this with a few variations, dont peel the apples but core and chop them (braeburn work best – type wasnt’t mentioned here) and add a whole pint of cider (good quality mind none of this strongbow or ace stuff) and you get a gorgeous flavoursome apple cider bread pudding, oh and dont forget cinnamon – the spice of dessert fiends!
