I only allow myself small portions–it’s that simple. Denying myself food doesn’t work for me, but as long as I get to taste everything, I’m good. I can just eat fruits and vegetables and protein for the rest of my food–no cravings!

Hi Betty,
These are so good! We use half a piece of the spiced bacon and roll up lil’ wienies
or sausageand toothpick it to hold. It’s a good appetizer.
