    this made me so hungry.. i love dried cranberries in everything…i would recommend substituting the organic honey with organic honey that is raw, unheated, unpasturized.. you may have to mix longer because it tends to be the consistency of fresh peanut butter.

    I just made this with a substitution because I didn’t have any honey. So used brown sugar.. LOVED IT!!!!!!!! I plan on making a few of your recipes this week.

    ok now i’m hungry! that looked so delicious
    she had a good tip there – i used to eat just 2-3 times a day, large meals
    now i eat 5-6 times a day; like she said – smaller portions
    you body’s metabolism gets a workout :)

    really simple recipe for a morning shake or after workout shake.. 1 banana, 1 squeeze of honey and 1 cup vanilla almond milk. or regular almond milk. but i like the added sweetness of the vanilla. love having that in the morning!

    cute, but yeah it is important to eat often, I eat 5-6 times a day, especially for the energy, and it keeps your matabolizm up, I eat between 2-3 hours in the day. and it’s usually the same thing everyday, I just snack in between my main meals, breakfast, lunch, etc…
