I think what would really help you to get rid of what you call your crap is to not believe in your crap because this crap is just some ideas in your head. That’s it. Thanks for the vieo man :0)

I’m going back in time watching all your vids, I’ve watched 4 weeks of your vid straight and i think you cleared up my doubts on what raw path i should take! I’ve decided! yes! I’ve decided to try eating alot more like you and your trucking friend! Give it a try! though i am not sure i can handle as much green as your friend right away. green juices still taste kind of yucky to me T_T even after being 90% raw for 6 months!

No killing is merciful. It all terrifies the animal, the lead up and death, mental, physical, emotional.

I urge you to watch also the Jesus Diet Video and others. Jesus’ words are cutting, they will penetrate you like the idea of animal screams deafening slaughter workers

I just saw your video “watch and think” and it really made me think… The fact that slaughterhouse workers wear hearing protection shook the living out of me… I once heard a guy on youtube talk about an extremely shocking video about how the meat industry mistreat animals… Do you know what movie it is?

  13. Keenan4life January 18, 2010 at 9:56 am #

Whaaaat?? lool That’s like the biggest shock!!! Are you really a girl?? omg… I can only say one thing: touche! lol You just revealed my macho way of thinking :( I am sorry I thought you were a man! Why was that?? lol
Anyways, I’ll do some research and reanalyze my insights. Sorry about my misjudgements again :(

  14. Keenan4life January 18, 2010 at 9:56 am #

I’ll think about it… I gotta do more research about meat for sure, and I’ll make sure I keep everything you said in mind :) Thanks for your insight :)

interesting that you mistook me for a man; why am i not surprised by this false assumption?

just having fun….& motoxbuddy is correct, i am 100% female.

motox also makes a good point re: your age. i have observed that boys from 18-28 are more often than not VERY convinced of their own viewpoints & VERY resistant to others. but this phase passes…albeit after 10 yrs! just an observation; it is not true of every male (esp. if raw!)

BTW milokito is a beautifull lady.

Best wishes too you – never stop searching but remember sometimes what you want to hear and what you need to hear are not the same thing.

Keeno, evryone has their reasons but taste does’nt always equal health, neither does convenience.how much protien you put in your mouth doesn’t always equal how much your body absorbs.Taste’s can be addictive ,I found that as I got healthier my taste for meat diminised.First I just gave up read meat and ate lots of chicken but as time went on I lost my taste for the white meats as well.

  19. Keenan4life January 18, 2010 at 9:56 am #

oooh right sorry I misquoted you! It was actually milokito that I was quoting, he was the one supposed to have heard that :( Sorry!
The reason why I eat animal produce is because it tastes 10 times better than nuts in my opinion lol And it’s so much more convenient protein-wise. Also nuts have a lot of fat, so I kind of try to avoid them But I get all my meat from free-range happy cows in the farmers’ market, so the quality is 10 times better than the one from Kroger :D
    Anyways, good talking :)

  20. motoxbuddy January 18, 2010 at 9:56 am #

Bud now you are misquoting me.I said ” why are you informing us about soy?”
But anyways I like your last post.Yes we are all still learning.
Also vegans when I was your age were that way because they didnt want to harm animals and many of them were not that healthy.I didn’t plan on being on of them but thats theway the path lead.
The B12 thing drove me crazy when I was younger but its not a problem.
If you just want to look good just train you dont need that animal produce.
    Peace.

  21. Keenan4life January 18, 2010 at 9:56 am #

Thanks very much :) We are all still learning, are we not? The thing is, the more debate, the closer we get to the truth, even though we are still far far away from it. I have a lot of vegans friends, and we always argue for hours lol but it’s fun :P It’s kind of a pain when you have to write everything down in a youtube comment zone lol

  22. Keenan4life January 18, 2010 at 9:56 am #

see if somebody is healthy or not. Let me be honest with you: the only reason why vegans are vegans is because scientific studies show that fruits and vegetables contain all the vits and minerals we need. But let’s face it: we now know it’s wrong. Proof: no vit B12 in fruits and vegetable, only synthesized by a bacteria in your guts when you eat meats or eggs. That’s a proof we must eat meat/fish/eggs, and remember that vit b12 supplement is a relatively new thing :)

  23. Keenan4life January 18, 2010 at 9:56 am #

The reason why I linked you to this vid is because you said:
“Again, how do you ‘know’ this?
I just looked at his website and read about where he gets his protein.
Hint: it is NOT from soy.”
I just thought I’d show you how I ‘know this’ :)

Honestly, I don’t know where it’s going lol but it started because I said juices were not as good as people say and that vegans are too skinny lol which I still think they are. I don’t care about strength, I care about looks, because it’s an evolutionary way

  24. motoxbuddy January 18, 2010 at 9:56 am #

BTW I see that you were born in 1990 – just after I hit 30 .I started changing my diet and training in 1975 and Im still on the path and learning more and more.Good luck with you own journey Bro.

  25. motoxbuddy January 18, 2010 at 9:56 am #

I saw #335 when it first came out.Whats the point ? and what do I still have to learn?I did soy when I first went veg but nolonger.
Thanks for your guarantee , yes Pearl took steriods for a while but not for years befroe winning MrU in 71.
If you think its impossible to gain that much without drugs even when eating meat. Why are you differentiating between meat eaters and non meateaters?
Hey Bro where is this going anyways? I don’t tune into Dan to hear about steriods or soy products..
