Summer Salad Recipes * Alternative Medicine Magazine * Easy Healthy Recipes * Raw Food Magazines * Vegetable Salad Recipes * Pear Salad Recipe * Chopped Salad Recipe * VibranceMagazine.com edited by David Klein, PhD is my Favorite Natural Health Magazine! ❤ Romaine-Celery-Cucumber-Pear-Orange Living Green Salad Recipe with a Delicious Orange Citrus-Avocado-Fennel Low Calorie Salad Dressing Recipe ❤ * I ngredients * For the DRESSING — 2 Oranges — 1 bunch of Fennel leaves — 1 Avocado, roughly chopped For the SALAD: — 1 head of Romaine Lettuce — 1 head of Celery — 2 Pears — 1 Cucumber* — 2-4 Oranges (enough to make about 2 cups worth of orangesegments) *unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic * P reparation * — 1) For the dressing, use a manual citrus juicer or a citrus hand juicer to squeeze the juice of 2 oranges into your Vita-Mix blender, or other high-powered blender of your choice. bit.ly or bit.ly — 2) By hand, break the fennel leaves into smaller pieces & toss them along with the roughly chopped avocado into your Vitamix blender as well. — 3) Blend until desired consistency is reached. — 4) For the salad, chop the romaine lettuce leaves, celery stalks, pears, orange segments & cucumber all into bite-sized pieces with a chef’s knife & toss together in a large serving bowl. — 5) Drizzle dressing over salad or offer it on the side…enjoy! * I nspiration * — When hot, dehydrated & hungry, it feels good to make a recipe that’s full of greens, yet also delicious

    He is 100% correct! The weight falls off. Are bodies know what they need better than we do and if we could all just STOP for a moment and listen, I feel like we’d be so much better off.

    Instead throwing the oranges away after juicing, zest the skin for additional flavor and eat the meat because it has a lot of fiber.

    You can never be too thin to go on camera… unless of course we can’t see you!! lol. The first time I went raw, I dropped down to 103# (I’m 5’4″) and everyone told me I looked emaciated. However, I FELT AMAZING & ALIVE like never before. Eventually, you will start to put on healthy weight. Keep listening to your body and not the critics. =)

    That’s true. I just read an article tonight that the key to longevity in mice studies is low caloric intake. Now they have figured a way to fool the body resulting in happier mice that are leaner and live longer.
