    before christmas i had reached the 4 stones mark. eaten a bit to much over christmas but straight back on it now and hopefully before the summer i will have reached my target of 8 stones!!!

    I am so perfectly imperfect, and am so pleased that I tuned into your message(“,) Am well on track to getting to where I want. It was so exciting buying trousers in Sainsburys yesterday, and am loving losing the stones that I have been dragging around for years. Thank you for extra easy I am so in the want to group.     Fantastic message as usual Margaret. You are an inspiration to us all. Who wants to be slim and healthy? There are so many groups now, if you need to know where yourt nearest is then call Slimming World to find out.
