@ChefTips thank you i shall remember that <3
@Emilyaucoin
I would stir until is the consistency of a cake batter than you can pour into the baking pan. Make sure there are no dried flour clumps and you should be good to go!
@ChefTips so with a spoon lets say i use, how many stirs do i do and what texture do i look for?
@Emilyaucoin
The mixing can be done with other mixers. Just don’t over mix with whatever you use.
@TarAcadienne
How were they?
I added an extra 15ml of sourcream and a extra 30 ml of cocoa powder. 24 muffins are cooking right now. I’ll let you guys know how they come out!
what if you don’t have that kind of mixer that was used in the video what do you do then PLEASE somebody let me know my bread alway come out dry and not properly cook HELP Me (u n u)…
@kshanafelt Wow! What a compliment! I’m so glad you are all enjoying the recipe and that it’s being put to good use — especially for the poor refugee kids. Very, very cool!! Cheers, Jason
@yellovers1 Absolutely!
Is it okay if I change the flour to whole wheat flour?
Hi Jason! I moved to the Republic of Georgia and of course banana bread is unheard of overseas. Your banana bread is a big hit in my small Georgian town! The European diplomats like it as well. My friend and I will make some huge batches for the poor refugee kids that we teach and my Romanian friend is spreading the recipe around Bucharest!!! You are going global!
@ChefTips I’ve made this 3 times and it is a no fail regardless of what baking pan I use
so ignore my previous inquiry The batch I did in the bundt pan I purchased actually was a little overdone at 1 hr so I assumed my oven temp to be off and baked the mini loaf pans for 40 min and they were perfect
@pgasca123 Thanks!
It looks so good, i can almost smell it.
love banana bread
this is definitely my go to banana bread recipe
@ChefTips Doesn’t it aways have to be the same amount ?
@slamnxgirlxjulie
Hello. It depends on their size. So anywhere from two to six I would guess.
@ChefTips I don’t have a bundt pan. What would you suggest timewise for mini loaf pans the recipe will fill 4 mini pans I guess it’s about 1 3/4 cup batter each maybe
Can someone tell me how much mashed bananas should add up to? 2 cups?
Gonna try your recipe tomorrow, looks delicious!
@ChefTips Thanks man. I made this for my girlfriend and damn. All I’m gonna say is that…it wasn’t the worst night of my life
@abelinhazoomzoom
Great! And thanks for sharing that!
@bluewilbur
Yes because the powder helps lighten it up! =]
@ChefTips Thank you for this great recipe, I have now made it three times and every time has been great everybody loves it!
