    Do you really like the muscle milk I heard that stuff has a lot of crap in it, cant you find something more natural. I am not to sure about that Product.

    That is crap. Fist Banana does not digest at the same speed as the other fruit which mean that the blue and blckberrys are OXIDIZING. and Too much Protien (Yes that powder crap is death in powder form) is another OXIDIZING agent in the blood. CRAP!!!

    great smoothies girls! but there is alot of crap in those protein powders.. better to put in desicated cocanut or almonds.. natural and probs tastes better :) love ur videos your so inspiring

    I’m going to make this smoothie tomorrow morning because I make smoothies for breakfast :) but im gonna add strawberries
