    chinese cuisine usualy uses grape seed oil and peanut oil very rarely is the conventional vegetable oil is used for authentic chinese cuisine. also sesame seed oil is used as a flavor enhancer. i studied chinese cuisine. lol oh and in this recipe the chicken is not coated in flour.
