I have been in Faster care in the 80s from 5 years old to 16 do to my mother and father being party animals. When 16 the state of Washington almost killed me do to pumping medications in me like they do to many kids in the system. The state of Washington instead of taking the responsibility of almost killing me by OD they gave me back to my family at 16 instead of 18 do to they thought I was going to die.

From what I read, California does not have a form, but rather an exemption provision on the back of the forms that are provided during enrollment in school. gval (dot) com (forwardslash) legal (dot) htm. Hope that helps you.

To add to your comment, OroraMonroe, all school admissions forms have the exemption provision. Keep in mind though, this only excludes your child from school sponsored medical intervention, you still must exempt your child in a way that will be recognized in the community at large eg. a legally drafted form, a standard faith exemption that is, fairly, universally carried in all churches, temples and mosques or a codicile to your living will.

There are already making it mandatory in the moses cone health system in greensboro nc which is the biggest health system in greensboro with the only hospitals there. They are saying that if we don’t get the vaccine it will be taken as a voluntary resignation. I am a new nurse and have only been working there for a month. I am terrified. Im praying that God opens another door for me before they get to my department. They also had the same requirements for the regular flu vaccine.

Yes, thank you for adding that, and I will also say that it varies from state to state so please check those laws. My state Michigan, has a statewide form that covers it all thankfully, but I know it’s not like this everywhere. The best thing for all of us to do is be resourceful, do our homework and find the best legal solutions around this situation if you do not want your children (or yourself) vaccinated.
I’ve tried to figure out for many years why this is regulated at the state level. My wife is a Canadian and once her parents made it known, within their home province, what they wanted for their children it applied accross Canada as the fedral gov’t there addresses such things. I have yet to find out why we’re different.

Wow! Are people stupid enough to actually believe this kind of crap? Vaccines have saved more lives than any other single medical advancement in the history of the world. The recent anti-vaccine craze is part of a new anti-intellectual / anti-science movement. People can no longer distinguish reliable scientific research/ data from spam emails or random youtube postings. People that do not vaccinate their kids are directly endangering their childrens lives needlessly. Stop being mindless SHEEP!
