1. Sweet corn – One Cup
2. Pomegranate seeds – One Cup
3. Finely chopped onion – Half Cup
4. Finely grated carrot – One Cup
5. Finely grated coconut – Half Cup
6. Green Chilly finely sliced – One green Chilly… Half Chilly if too hot
7. Honey – One Tea Spoon
8. Cooking Butter (without salt) – Two tea spoon
9. Salt – As per taste say less than half tea spoon
10. MDH Chat masala – Half tea spoon
11. Red Chilly Powder – Less than half tea spoon
12. Lemon Juice – half cut lemon
13. Dry fruits – Optional for decorating
Method:

Add the corn into a frying pan. Add the butter. Fry it in a very low flame till the colour of the corn changes to orange. You should observe a nice fragrance and once it is done switch off the flame.
Add coconut + pomegranate+onion+carrot+green chilly+ honey+salt+chat masala+red chilly powder+lemon juice and mix well.
Decorate with dry fruits.
This will serve two people. Tastes like a mix of sweet+sour+hot and spice and yeah healthy.
Alternatives:

You can use pepper powder instead of red chilly powder
You can add sprouted green gram – Half Cup.
