Method of preparation : Grind raw rice and rice by adding little water to it. Add salt to this and make the mixture loose as in the case of dosa. Take a spoonful of batter and pour it on a hot frying pan and spread into a thin round. Spread grated coconut over this and then pour the flour batter once again over the coconut. Cook both sides by turning over. Ingredients : Raw rice - 1cup Cooked Rice - 3/4 cup Salt - to taste Grated coconut - 1/2
