Beef Cutlet
Method : Cook the beef with turmeric & pepper powder, garam masala, salt mince the beef in a mixer , steam the potatoes, peel the skin and smash it , heat the oil ina pan and add the onion, when the onion becomes brown add green chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, crushed ginger, mix well and cook after 5 minutes remove from fire then mix the minced beef and potato mix well and make small cutlet shape ,break the egg and pour into the vessel and remove the yellows beat well cover the cutlet with egg & bread crumbs and fry in the oil until brown and serve with tomato ketchep.
