I had a question iv wanted to ask but i didn’t know if you would take it in a bad way, there’s a lot of sensitivity with religion these days but oh well ill try. If you don’t mind me asking do you chose to cover up like this?There is nothing wrong either way if its your religion or if its your choice. Thank you for all the wonderful tips! I already use steps 1-4 as part of my normal regimen. I recently purchased the Ayurvedic Herb shampoo bar from Chagrin Valley and really love it. Amla is one of the ingredients, albeit near the end of the ingredient list. So, the shampoo bar is currentyl my step 5. I’m going to try your steps 6 & 7 to determine if they seal the deal for a winning combination:)

Funny thing is I have been doing all of the above!! I thought I made it up but I guess not, lol!! I had been looking for a video like this!! Thanks for posting and people it does work, all of it!! Only thing I do different is add Olive oil and Castor oil to my Amla oil !!

I did use amla & shikakai on my hair but didn’t feel any dramatic change.
