i definitly agree I like keeping it natural so whenever i find a way to get the result with less or no makeup, I definitely use it to the point of abusing the method XP

scarves/head dress’s *im sorry i dont know what the name of the are* in high school and she didnt want to because she never had to wear them in elementary but then when she went to high school we lost touch and just a little while ago i got ahold of her again and she told me she ended up not being forced and chose it on her own and i thought it was great. She doesnt cover up as much as you have in the video but she just shows her face and nothing else.I thought it was great she wears *continue*

Hey :) I love all your videos, i think you give some great tips. I had a question iv wanted to ask but i didn’t know if you would take it in a bad way, there’s a lot of sensitivity with religion these days but oh well ill try. If you don’t mind me asking do you chose to cover up like this? There is nothing wrong either way if its your religion or if its your choice. I had a friend fatimah who would cry because her parents were going to force her to wear *continue in next comment*

Thank you for all the wonderful tips! I already use steps 1-4 as part of my normal regimen. I recently purchased the Ayurvedic Herb shampoo bar from Chagrin Valley and really love it. Amla is one of the ingredients, albeit near the end of the ingredient list. So, the shampoo bar is currentyl my step 5. I’m going to try your steps 6 & 7 to determine if they seal the deal for a winning combination:)

my doctor strictly told me not to use any kinda oil on my hair :(
as I’m experiencing major hair fall!
I did use amla & shikakai on my hair but didn’t feel any dramatic change.
& yeah I also stopped using heat.
